This house has three spacious bedrooms, and will sleep 6-8 people:

two full size beds
one king size
a full size sleeper sofa

Two roomy bathrooms, one has tub/shower and the other shower only.

The large kitchen is fully functional with refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and all the pots, pans and utensils needed to cook your favorite meal. Dishes and silverware allow you to serve your guests.

Washer and dryer are also available and towels and linens will be provided for our guests.

Dish Network basic television service is also available with VCR.

Pets

Pets are not allowed inside the house.

Rates

$375 Minimum charge includes 3 nights for 6 people ($20/night per person after 6; up to 8 people);

$100 for each additional night
